New locking pin for the Fort
So, I was complaining about how long the locking pin was, on Boy Toy’s new Fort Stainless Steel Locking Chastity Device, and Tom Allen offered to mail me an extra set.
That’s right, some people are just that nice.
Earlier this year Tom started making some prototypes of stainless steel pins and spacers for the CB3000. He wants to start a line of stainless steel components and accessories for the CBx000 devices and sell them. I certainly hope he goes through with his plan. Imagine all the chastity geeks out there, wishing they had custom-made pieces for their device? Stainless steel pieces? Some of you are probably drooling already.
As it turns out, the locking pin for the CB3000 is the same shape and size as the pin for the Fort, so I was a good candidate to test-drive Tom’s prototypes. Or rather, Boy Toy was.
So without further ado, the pictures you probably all came here for.
Here’s the Fort with its original locking pin:
And here it is with Tom’s custom pin and spacer:
As you can see, it doesn’t stick out nearly as much. Thanks so much, Tom!

Anybody could have thought this one up. I just happened to have some machinery available to make them.
I hope Boy Toy is more comfortable. Please tell him not to key my car…

so.. i’m just contemplating how tom might have got into this (side?)business..
‘well, i have this machinery available which i think would work perfectly for machining a locking device for a penis.. hmm..’

I didn’t set out to make mods or replacement parts – it just happened that Mrs. Edge and I have been playing with chastity and OD for years. I’m pretty handy with tools, and since I own a small machine shop, I’m often making or modifying parts for my own chastity devices.
There are a handful of “chastity geeks” who spend all sorts of time improving our devices, much in the same way that ‘puter geeks are overclocking their machines, or that gearhaeds are messing with their cars. I post an occasional article on how to fix or improve certain things on the common devices. Some people find it helpful.

I’m using a locking pin and spacers from a Curve CB that I picked up second hand on ebay. Works much better than the original.
