As it turns out, and you can see in the review I posted, the carrier asked for 88$ COD when they delivered the box, which Boy Toy paid for me. There’s never any custom fees when I order books… Still, Boy Toy didn’t notice and didn’t wonder. I was at work, wondering what to do about it lol…

In the end, I decided to go for complete surprise. I was pissed off at the COD fees anyway and couldn’t think of anything to say to fuck with him. So when I got home, I sat down to open the box and that’s when he came down. His reaction was kind of mild, despite his surprise and his admitting he was scared, and he immediately suggested we take pictures as we unpack everything so I could review the thing here (trying to delay?). And so, that’s what we did. He’s wearing the device right now and seems… happy. Which is great, I want to put him through a few tests. More on this later

I guess I could easily drop some offhand remark which will make him worry about it all day, staring suspiciously at the box. For one thing, it won’t be the same kind of box as the book seller. He probably wouldn’t notice that on his own but I’m sure I can fix it

If it was me I would want to be there to see his reaction and enjoy it when the box was opened. Also if it was negative, or different to what I hoped, to do early damage limitation. I hope I’d also keep the long term picture in my mind and not get carried away too much.

I see two ways to play this. Either building anticipation and “fear” or springing a total surprise. If I were in your fortunate position I’d probably put him in bondage, get him aroused and then produce it whilst sharing wicked fantasies as a total surprise.

The logical thing might be to then leave him to play with it, find what adjustments need to be made, and so forth before engaging in any key holding. Unless this is the holy grail of CD’s then locking it on for a month, or evenn overnight, just like that, isn’t likely to be work.

Work on the Pandora’s box principle. As a dom you can lock him up and enjoy the power and control of “forced” chastity. Or you can put the temptation in front of him and wait until the inevitable happens.

Ever watched a young child approach a dog they want to pet but are afraid of. From a distance the desire to pet the dog is such they approach but as they get closer fear rises and they reach a point of balance. Approach/avoidance is a fun game to play with chastity since one can control both aspects to a fair degree. The desired outcome being “OMG what have I done/agreed to?” on the part of the locked.

It sounds like Boy Toy is already very drawn to and afraid off your soon to arrive toy. You probably don’t need to ramp up the fear side. That still leaves the options of reducing the fear or increasing the desire. Plus choosing the setting, producing it whilst sharing coffee in a restaurant is clearly likely to be different to unveiling it in the dungeon, er bedroom.

Anyway, I’m rambling. You clearly have many options and the key to your choice is your long term goals.
