It’s excruciating, watching my package’s progress on the tracking website. Because it has to go through customs, it’s much slower than it would otherwise be, which explains why I ordered on November 6th and the original delivery date was November 17th. That date’s been updated a few times since: it went to November 16th, then the 13th and finally, back to the 16th. So yeah, I should get the Fort Stainless Steel Locking Chastity Device Monday

I wonder if customs will search the box, and if they do, what they’ll think?

It’s amazing that Boy Toy still has no clue what’s coming his way. When it came back in stock, my first reaction was to let him know it was available, before even ordering the thing. I tried to cover for it by saying I didn’t think I could afford it. Then a few days later, it went back out of stock and I made sure to tell him! He seemed relieved, the poor thing.

A few days ago, we were checking out some of my stats together and he opened the RSS feed reader, which lists my recent post titles along with the first few lines. Right at the top of the page was my November 17 post and its first line: “That’s when I should receive the new Fort Stainless Steel Locking Chastity Device I ordered from Extreme Restraints.” He sat there staring at the screen so long, I was convinced he’d read that. He made no comment though, and I didn’t bring it up…

Later this week, I ordered some books online. They arrived within 2 days (gotta love that!) and since Boy Toy works from home, he was there to get the door when the package was delivered. Once it arrived, I told him he’d have to get the door for a second package either Friday or Monday and he had no reaction whatsoever. I thought his lack of curiosity strange. How could he not be nervous about my expecting a mysterious package? I felt so torn! I almost told him about what I’d ordered, right then and there.

But I waited, and today when he mentioned how he had to work downstairs Thursday to make sure he didn’t miss the delivery guy for the books, I reminded him that he’d have to do that again Monday. Once again, no reaction whatsoever.  So I looked at him and said “You aren’t curious at all, are you?” When he asked what he should be curious about and I told him the package,  he looked up and said: “Yeah, you’re expecting more books, aren’t you?” I couldn’t keep a straight face. I smiled, said “yeah” and just walked into the bathroom to cover my sudden amusement.

Now, this leaves me in a bit of a quandary. I loved the idea that when the package arrived, he’d be worried about it all day but if he thinks it’s books… What should I do? I was thinking of instructing him to email me as soon as the box arrives, and then I could tell him to open it and put it on. Or… Anyone has a better idea? I’m looking for whatever has the strongest effect on him.
