DIY Chain Harness
I love visiting the hardware store with Boy Toy. I love walking the aisles with him, trying to come up with all kinds of kinky uses for the items on display. Whenever we go, I almost never fail to take a look at the locks and at the chains. If anybody asks, we have a fence or shed to lock up, now don’t we? We’re such naughty people!
After all, why not make our own sex toys? They’ll probably end up being better than some of the stuff you can buy on the Internet, and will certainly cost a hell of a lot less. They will also fit our wants better.
A few months ago, we purchased some chain. Boy Toy has a fetish for anything that’s metal, so I figured we could certainly come up with some interesting use for it. When we got home, we started playing around with it and soon had the beginnings of a harness put together. We used some links from a piece of chain mail he has, to attach the bits of chain to metal rings. One of the rings serves as a cock ring. It’s a simple matter to cut the chain into pieces of different lengths. The chains attach to the “cock ring” and to a metal slave collar Boy Toy has.
When I got back home, I just couldn’t stop thinking of the chain harness. We’d done a lot of online shopping for all kinds of sex toys, and we had never come across a harness made entirely of chain. Most of the time, they are made out of leather and sometimes incorporate a bit of chain.
So I decided to design my own.
I found a body-template type image online, and using images of a chain, of the slave collar, of a metal ring and of a metal clip, which I all found online, I photoshopped this:

Well, not just Boy Toy. I helped, of course. The next time I went to his place, we finished building the harness. We had to do some measurements to make sure it all fit nice and snug. We used some metal clips Boy Toy already had for the side pieces of chain. They are permanently attached in front, but they clip on in the back.
The harness can be attached to the slave collar and then locked on. Boy Toy can remove the side chains, if he can reach far enough in his back to grab the clips, but the part that goes all the way from the front of his neck to the back of his neck is locked on. In the end, we didn’t do the side chains on the shoulders. We ran out of chain, actually (we started with 20 feet!). But we also feel they aren’t necessary, and we are happy with the harness as it is.

We LOVE the chain harness. Well, I do, at any rate. Boy Toy says there’s no ignoring this harness when he wears it. If he walks, the cock ring is pulled by the chains. He also feels the chain between his butt cheeks quite a bit. When he wears this, there is no forgetting who’s boss. And there’s no taking it off, unless he was willing to cut out of it… which would get him into trouble. I sometimes make him wear it while he cooks for me. It’s great, it really is. It makes him all subby and blushy. Too bad I can’t make him wear it out in public.

Wow, that is amazing, and it looks like so much fun! Can he wear it under clothes, or is it too bulky? I could totally see making GH wear something like that out running errands on a weekend. I guarantee he’d have a hard time remembering what he was supposed to be doing!

naughty wife: He can’t forget he’s wearing it, that’s for sure. But no, can’t really wear under clothes. Well, he can, I assume, but because of the collar, it would show. Boy Toy doesn’t really wear anything that might hide it… Maybe at a fetish event? I think I’d have to be very convincing indeed lol

Yeah, wasn’t thinking about the collar. Except in turtleneck weather that would be hard to hide. But having him wear it at a fetish event does sound like a lot of fun!

I’ve never seen him wear a turtleneck… As for fetish events, there are some every few weeks around here. We’ve only ever went to one, together, and it was somewhat ruined by my drinking way too much and his being in a funk. Better luck next time? It WAS a pretty cool place, though, and I have a lot of friends that like to go, so it sure isn’t out of the question we go again.
Also, I could modify the harness. That’s worth some thinking about, as well

It’s true that I have the advantage of having a pretty handy Boy Toy, and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty myself. However, it’s much easier to make than it might seem. We did have a lot of the necessary things already, though, like the chain mail rings to attach the different parts together, cutters that cut through chain links, the slave collar we used… When we first made it, we joked that we should start selling them

Thanks, Sully. We really, really like the thing. I don’t have him wear it much of late, though. I guess I’m not cruel enough to have him wear nothing but cold metal when it isn’t that warm outside… But I miss it, and it might come out of its box soon
